Butternut Squash Ravioli
This one is loaded with flavor! We oven roast the squash with olive oil, pure maple syrup, butter, parmesan, ricotta cheese, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Make it savory with brown butter sage sauce, or sweet by deep frying them and topping with powdered sugar. Customers also love them plain or served with melted butter.
3 Cheese Ravioli
Not your typical "Ricotta." This gourmet blend of american,
parmesan, and romano cheese is Russo's signature pasta. If you
love cheese - this is the one for you! These can also be deep fried
with bread crumbs and served as an appetizer or dropped in
heated oil, un-breaded, for a quick snack.
1. Drop in the frozen ravioli in a pot of water
2.Bring your water in your pot to a gentle boil (4-5 setting)
3. Let the raviolis boil for 7-10 mins and gently stir. Once they're cooked they will float to the top.
4. Remove with a slotted spoon
5. Serve with your favorite sauce!
The dough is handmade so make sure to be as gentle as possible!
